The Cheapest Solar You’ll Ever BuyIsn’t Built Yet.
Sprightful designs solar and batteries into new South Florida homes, from first drawings to certificate of occupancy. We work with homeowners, architects, designers, and builders. Installing since 2015, 600+ homeowners, no salespeople.
Why the Drawing Board Beats the Finished Roof
While the walls are open, conduit is a pencil line on a plan. After drywall, it is a fishing expedition through finished ceilings. Wiring during construction costs a fraction of retrofitting, and nothing gets patched or repainted.
On paper, the roof can meet the sun: vents and plumbing stacks move aside, and the panel field takes the south face. On a finished roof, the panels do the dodging. Every dodge costs production for 25 years.
The panels also land on a brand-new roof. No re-roofing bill ten years in, no pulling the array to replace shingles under it.
Flat and low-slope roofs, common in South Florida’s modern builds, are a specialty here.
