Your Panels Outlived Your Installer. We’re Still Here.

Sprightful services residential solar across South Florida, including systems we didn’t install. Installing since 2015, we watch our own monitored fleet every day. We know what a healthy system looks like, and whether yours is one.

The Three Calls We Get Most

“My installer stopped answering.” Solar companies come and go; the panels stay on the roof for 25 years. If the company that installed yours no longer picks up the phone, or no longer exists, the system still deserves someone local who does.

“My production dropped and nobody told me.” A tripped breaker, a failed optimizer, or a monitoring gateway that quietly went offline can cost months of production before anyone notices. Your electric bill notices first.

“I want to add a battery.” Most existing arrays can take storage. The right answer depends on the inverter up there and what you want the battery to carry through an outage.

Whichever call sounds like yours, it starts the same way. We get in touch, talk through what’s installed and what it’s been doing, then assess the system and run the diagnostics it needs.

Have These Handy. Or Don’t.

The more you know about the system, the faster the first conversation goes. The address alone is enough to start.

Three things worth knowing

  1. 01The address where the system is installed. That’s the only must.
  2. 02Whatever you know about the system: who installed it, roughly when, the equipment brand, or the monitoring app on your phone.
  3. 03What prompted the call: a bill that crept up, an error on the app, an installer who vanished, or a battery you’ve been thinking about.

What Happens After You Hit Send

  1. 1

You send the address and your monthly bill.

The bill tells us what the system should be saving you, and whether it is.

  2. 2

We look at what’s on the roof.

Satellite imagery, the details you shared, and the system’s own monitoring data if you grant access.

  3. 3

We come back with next steps.

A site visit, a consultation, or a battery quote. You know what happens and what it costs before anything is scheduled.
